Online Return

Items purchased from Sneak Peek Denim are eligible for a store credit if returned within 14 days from the day the item was delivered.

All online orders require a Return Authorization ("RA") form. Any merchandise sent back without the RA form inside the shipment will be disregarded and credit will NOT be issued.

Pack your item(s) in all original packaging (including polybags) with no defect and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all the original tags attached.

You can ship the merchandise for a return to the following address:

All packages must be in sellable condition and must be in a complete pack as it was received by the customer. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Credits Department will inspect and credit will be issued. Rejected merchandise will not be issued any credits.

Please note, returns takes us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. 

We will not accept any products that have been discontinued, have been purchased over 14 days from the day the item was delivered, and/or a small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.

Damage Returns

Customers need to notify their sales rep of any damages within 14 days from the date of the original invoice for an RA. No credit will be issued on items returned after that permitted time. Sneak Peek kindly ask customers to check for any damages as soon as you receive any shipment and contact us for any concerns.

If you are not sure who your sales rep is or do not have one, feel free to reach out to us via email at contact@spdenim.com with a picture of the damaged item(s) and we will have someone reply back to assist you.


Refuse/Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for the re-shipping costs of any refused or returned package due to the following reasons: A) Incorrect information was provided by the customer, and shipment was approved by the customer; or B) The customer approved the shipment but was unavailable to receive the package from the courier.

Before a refused or returned package can be re-shipped, the customer must also agree to cover the original shipping charges.

Please note: More than three refused or returned packages may impact your eligibility to continue service with SNEAK PEEK. In such cases, continued service may require approval from a manager or a revision of terms.

ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) FORM WITH THE PACKAGE OR WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURN LABELS ARE ISSUED FOR DAMAGES AND STYLES SHIPPED IN ERROR ONLY. RETURNS THAT HAVE PRODUCTS NOT DAMAGED ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A RETURN LABEL FROM US.
